Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Zeugma Spa. To help us provide the best possible experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation and no-show policy:

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 fee or 30% of the scheduled service fee, whichever is higher.

2. Missed Appointments
We understand that unexpected things happen. However, if you miss your appointment without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show, and a 100% charge of the scheduled service may apply.

3. Deposits
For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your service but are non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled late.

4. Running Late?
We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule it, depending on the schedule. A late fee may apply.

5. By Booking with Us
Booking an appointment means you agree to this policy. Our goal is to provide each client with the time and care they deserve.
